International Day of Commemoration of the Victims of the Holocaust |

The 2010 observance of the International Day of Commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust will focus on a central theme: "The Legacy of Survival", which emphasizes the universal lessons that the survivors will pass on to succeeding generations.
The outreach programme was created at the request of the United Nations General Assembly in its resolution 60/7, adopted on 1 November 2005.
