Public-Private Partnership in the Fight against Counterfeiting in the Fashion Sector

The conference will present and discuss the results of the study entitled �COUTURE-Private and Public Partnership for Reducing Counterfeiting of Fashion Apparels and Accessories.� The project was carried out in partnership with the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (France) and the University of Leeds (United Kingdom).
The aim of the conference is to suggest cooperation strategies between the public and private sector in the fight against counterfeiting to interested policymakers, international institutions and organizations, academics, and practitioners. To this end, the results from the study will be presented and then discussed with a number of experts belonging to different categories, such as public law enforcement agencies, fashion houses, trade associations, anti-counterfeiting organizations, and lawyers
